This works for the NLG Cloud Platform version "Cockpit" (v2) and "NEXT" (v3).

You already know that when you upload a collection, you have to select a language for it, so that the engine knows how to handle the data right. You also have to select a language for the statements you make within your training.

  • Make sure you select the exact same language for both, the collections you upload and the statements within you training.

This is very important because the engine won't use a collection in a language A for statements of another language B. Notice that on the NLG Cloud Platform, American English and British English are handled like different languages. This is also true for German German, Austrian German and Swiss German and variations of other languages.
